As the Sponsored Product Team Lead , you will drive Jumia Ghana’s growth by by taking end-to-end ownership of our sponsored product advertising campaigns across our platforms. In this pivotal role, you will bridge strategic campaign management, client relationship building, and team leadership, guiding a team to optimise multi-channel ad spend, boost conversion performance, and maximize client ROI.
What you will be doing:
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of sponsored product advertising campaigns across our platforms
• Build data-driven strategies including targeting, keyword management, bidding tactics, and budget allocation to hit performance targets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
