About the Role

One Acre Fund relies on grant funding to support our operations, but also takes on debt to finance our working capital needs. This role is on the Investor Relations (IR) team, which manages our debt needs, identifies and grows relationships with lenders, and advises on capital structure and liquidity management. The Specialist will support the IR team across loan compliance and reporting, lender due diligence, team operations, and analytical projects. The IR team is a team of 4 people, based in Kenya and the U.S. and part of the larger Finance Division. You will report to the Investor Relations Senior Specialist.

This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in finance, impact investing, or accounting to gain hands-on experience working with global lenders and investors in a fast-paced social enterprise environment.
