We recently made our first technology hire in the country, and we see it as a long-term strategic location for senior hires, particularly within engineering. Joining now means joining early, and helping shape what our presence here becomes. So, now we are looking for our Head of Engineering, Supply Chain to join us in Poland. About The Role POS Hardware and Device Platforms owns the software behind the physical side of Moniepoint's business: the systems that track, move, maintain and account for millions of POS terminals in the field. That covers inventory and warehouse management, logistics and distribution, repair and maintenance workflows, and the operational tooling the business runs on day to day. It is a backend and distributed systems challenge at real scale - making operational data about millions of physical devices visible, trustworthy and consistent across every market we operate in.
