The Opportunity

A detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Analyst who supports benefits and compensation programs across our Americas region. Based in the United States, this role partners closely with our broader global Total Rewards team to ensure employees across the US, Canada, and Latin America receive accurate, timely, and compliant benefits and compensation support. This position requires flexibility to work across time zones to effectively collaborate with Americas stakeholders and the broader global Total Rewards function. This employee combines strong analytical skills with a service-oriented mindset, is comfortable navigating multi-country benefits complexity, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
