Employee and Workplace Experience Intern

This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.

You'll join the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team within People Success, the team responsible for creating and enhancing the places and programs that define Coinbase culture. As an EWX Intern, you'll own an initiative that improves and/or informs how we design, measure, and scale employee experiences across remote and in-person environments.

What you'll do

• Program analytics & measurement : Build or improve dashboards that track program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI across EWX initiatives. Surface insights that help the team make faster, better decisions.
• AI-assisted operations : Identify manual, repetitive workflows and design AI-powered solutions to automate or streamline them. This could include intake automation, reporting pipelines, or intelligent routing.
• Program design & iteration : Analyze participation data, employee feedback, and outcome signals to recommend improvements to existing programs
