About the role

Hex is scaling quickly, and the quality of our team is the single biggest driver of that. We're looking for a Technical Sourcer who treats sourcing as a craft and a system, someone who can build repeatable pathways to finding exceptional technical talent including engineers, designers, and product builders. This isn't a role about running the same LinkedIn playbook - we’re looking for creativity in using AI tooling to unlock sourcing capacity, and find delightful ways to engage passive talent who aren’t even thinking about their next role yet. You'll own how we discover and rediscover talent, and you'll use AI to do it with far more precision, personalization, and leverage than a traditional sourcing motion allows.
