Staff Product Designer

We believe that a small team (broken into even smaller teams with extreme ownership) can accomplish enormous results with the right people, the right tools, and the right company-wide investments in AI. We’re looking for a highly skilled, creative and self-driven Staff Product Designer to join OpenSea’s small but mighty design team. In this role, you’ll help define the future of how people discover, trade, and interact with digital assets—working closely with engineers and fellow designers to bring clarity and craft to complex problems. Design plays a central role in shaping product direction and strategy, so this position is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with exceptional visual craft. Beyond designing great products, you'll help evolve the systems, workflows, and AI-enabled practices that make the entire team more effective builders.
