The Channel Sales Engineer is a vital member of the Channel Sales team having primary responsibility for providing pre-sales technical support to prospective partners/clients for all KnowBe4 products as well as partners’ prospective customers. This position will help identify key customer requirements and position KnowBe4 products as they meet those applicable requirements. The position will also educate current partners on KnowBe4 products to enable them in supporting their clients.
